Refunds and Exchange Policy

SJ Originals take pride in providing customers with high-quality products they can enjoy for years. We do however, understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.

We assess each item before it shipped to ensure it is of perfect quality and the correct size (and measurements). As each item is handmade, we cannot offer full refunds on products due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or on custom garments. We are happy to give you a store credit for your order/item.

Faulty / Damaged Goods
If a garment has a major problem or is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. In which, to be valid for a refund (of the garment price, not including shipping) or exchange, within 14 days of receiving the product it is to be return along with all tags must still be attached, the product unused and unwashed.

Wrong Size
We are happy to exchange your product for a different size however we will not cover your return shipping fee. If you do not wish to swap for another size/colour, you are entitled to swap to another product of the same price, or receive a store credit. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product.

In accordance to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund on items due to the fit, change of mind, wrong colour or wrong size.
